At Fisshe Mart, we are committed to delivering fresh and hygienic meat and seafood to your doorstep in the fastest and safest way possible. Please read our shipping and delivery terms carefully.

Serviceable Areas

  • We currently deliver within Pondicherry/Puducherry.

  • Serviceable areas may be updated from time to time. Customers can check availability by entering their delivery pin code before placing an order.

Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are delivered on the same day or within 60 minutes, depending on availability.

  • Typical delivery window: 30 minutes from the time of order confirmation.

  • Delivery times may vary due to factors like weather, traffic, or high demand.

Shipping/Delivery Charges

  • A standard delivery fee applies and is calculated based on distance from our store/warehouse.

  • Example: ₹15 for up to 5 km, then ₹5 per kilometer beyond (e.g., 5 km – ₹15, 6 km – ₹20, 7 km – ₹25).

  • Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

Packaging

  • All products are hygienically cleaned, cut, and packed in food-grade, leak-proof packaging.

  • Items are packed separately if requested (e.g., 1kg chicken and 0.5kg chicken in different bags).

  • We ensure products remain fresh during transit through proper handling.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery team will attempt delivery once at the provided address.

  • If the customer is unavailable, the order may be marked as undelivered and no refund will be provided (due to perishability).

  • Rescheduling is possible only before dispatch.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate address and contact details are provided at checkout.

  • Be available to receive the order during the selected delivery slot.

  • Inspect the package at the time of delivery. If there are issues, raise them immediately with the delivery partner or customer support.

Delays and Force Majeure

  • Fisshe Mart will not be held liable for delivery delays caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

  • In such cases, customers will be notified promptly.
